Logging in to lragmatic should be simple and fast. In most cases, the process takes less than 10 seconds when you use the correct credentials. But there are a few things worth knowing to keep your login experience smooth every time.

First, lragmatic uses a multi-layered security system to protect every login. This means our system detects unusual login patterns — for example, login attempts from a new location or a device that has never been used before. In such cases, you may be asked to verify your identity via email or SMS. This is not a technical issue — it is a security measure protecting your account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — An Extra Layer of Protection

Lragmatic fully supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all accounts. With 2FA enabled, every login attempt requires an OTP code sent to your registered phone number or email, in addition to your regular password.

We strongly encourage all Malaysian users to enable 2FA. In a world where online fraud is becoming increasingly sophisticated, 2FA is the most effective line of defense — ensuring that even if your password is compromised, your account stays safe.

To activate 2FA, log in to your account, go to Security Settings, and follow the instructions provided. The process is straightforward and takes no more than two minutes.

The Most Common Login Issues and How to Fix Them

There are several reasons why a login attempt may fail. Knowing the exact cause helps resolve the issue faster:

• Incorrect password: This is the most common reason. Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you're entering your password correctly. Check your uppercase and lowercase letters — lragmatic passwords are case-sensitive.
• Email not recognized: Try using your username if you registered with one, or double-check your email spelling.
• Account temporarily locked: After several consecutive failed login attempts, our system temporarily locks your account as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes or use the password reset function.
• OTP Not Received: Check whether your phone number has good network coverage. If using email OTP, check your spam folder. lragmatic OTP codes are valid for 5 minutes only.
• Account suspended: If your account has been suspended for a specific reason, a dedicated message will be displayed. Contact lragmatic support for further clarification.

Secure Login from Public Devices

If you're logging in from a public computer such as a cybercafe or shared office computer, take the following steps to protect your account:

• Do not save your password in a public browser — uncheck the "Remember password" option if it appears.
• Always log out completely when you are done — do not just close the tab or window.
• Review the activity log section in your account after returning to your personal device to ensure there is no suspicious access.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, change your password immediately and contact lragmatic support.

Forgot Password — How to Reset Quickly

Forgetting your password is something that happens to everyone. The lragmatic password reset process is designed to be fast and secure:

• Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
• Enter your registered email address and a reset email will be sent within a few minutes.
• Check your inbox and spam folder, then click the reset link — it is valid for 30 minutes.
• Create a strong new password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is best.
