To use lragmatic services in full, you will need to register a valid account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other required details.
One Account Per User: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on lragmatic. If you have forgotten your password or are experiencing access issues, contact our support team for assistance — do not create a new account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or other information, is a serious violation.
KYC Process (Identity Verification): lragmatic conducts a rigorous identity verification (Know Your Customer) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid identification document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and other supporting documents. This process is part of our commitment to security and compliance with financial regulations.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact lragmatic support immediately.
All deposits and withdrawals on lragmatic must use a payment method registered in the same name as the lragmatic account holder. We do not accept deposits from or release funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods. Funds will be credited to your account once successful payment confirmation is received. lragmatic does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed according to your account tier and chosen withdrawal method. Lragmatic offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
Rollover Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover means you must wager 5 times the bonus value before it can be withdrawn.

Important: Using multiple accounts or colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages from promotions is a violation of our terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
All bets placed on lragmatic are subject to general betting rules and the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. Bets confirmed by the system are final unless a clear technical error or force majeure event has occurred.
Odds Error: lragmatic reserves the right to void bets placed based on clearly incorrect or erroneous odds (priceable error). In such cases, the bet amount will be fully refunded to your account.
Match Cancellation: If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets placed on that match will be voided and funds returned.
Use of the lragmatic platform must always remain within legal and ethical boundaries. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

All sensitive data including payment details is processed using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not stored directly on lragmatic servers — it is instead handled by fully licensed payment providers.
Lragmatic reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes contrary to law.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, lragmatic reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and wins obtained through activities that breached the terms. However, original deposit funds (excluding wins from fraudulent activity) will be returned at lragmatic's discretion once the investigation is concluded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the lragmatic support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days and all eligible balances will be returned.
Lragmatic is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if lragmatic has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
The lragmatic platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to maintain consistent service availability with 99.9% uptime, lragmatic does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or viruses.
Lragmatic's total liability to a user shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence as proven by a court of law.
